Your Mission is Ours.Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time Early Career Software Engineer. In this role, you will work in a team environment utilizing software methodologies and processes. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge (BS) in a science or technology related discipline and experience in at least one of these skill or computer language areas: C, C, C#, Java, Python, XML, Windows, .NET, and LINUX/UNIX, system software and scripting development, Java programming, web development, System analysis, System design, Software design, Software development and implementation, Software test. As part of a DevSecOps program, an opportunity to support Infrastructure (ISP) work is also possible. Experience or education in any of the following technologies would benefit ISP efforts: AWS, VMWare, vCloud, vCO, Automation, EMC, Storage, VNX devices, Windows administration, MCSE, networks, CCNA, Cisco and Cyber.Required: Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $57,800 - $110,800 .
