Description Robert Half has partnered with a technology company in Greenwood Village in search of a Staff Accountant! The Staff Accountant position is offering a generous benefits package and is paying $55,000-$65,000!The Staff Accountant will be responsible for the following:
Timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and vendor questions resolution.
Reconciliation of vendor statements to the Company’s records.
Audit and review of employee expense reports.
Assistance with the annual 1099 compliance, including determination of 1099 vendors.
Assistance with the workers comp and insurance audits.
Tracking and tagging of new fixed assets; communication with the accounting team about placing new assets in service or removing old assets from service.
Assistance with the periodic fixed assets inventory.
Assistance with SOX compliance and audit support.
Assistance with the annual insurance renewals.
Requirements for the Staff Accountant include:
Bachelor's Degree
1+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
NetSuite experience is nice to have, but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
