The ideal Property Accountant will have a degree in Accounting and want to start their career in Property Accounting. Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearend financial statements/reporting packages
Create account reconciliations and journal entries
Analyze and coordinating a variety of financial data and reporting it in a clear, useful manner
Support management reporting by preparing monthly balance sheet and income statement analyses
Sustain fixed-asset ledger, depreciation and reconciliation
Requirements
Bachelors degree in accounting is required
1+ years of solid GL Accounting experience
