Position Responsibilities
This is a summary outline of the responsibilities initially required of the FP Administrative Assistant:
Email review
Schedules client meetings
Reviews, sorts and responds to email
Account and service administration
Manages social media posts
Supports advisor with calendar accountability
Submits correspondence to compliance and record keeping
Manages CRM – segmentation, TAG groups, etc
Supports meeting logistics and preparation
Helps coordinate client events, gifts, and cards
Supports compliance exam items for the firm
Supports service item processing
Other projects, as needed
Skills & Qualifications
The Administrative Assistant has the following skill and qualification requirements:
Degree preferred: 4-Year college degree
Position Experience: Minimum of three years of upper level administrative experience (Financial services experience is a plus)
Technology/software proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suite, Redtail (a plus)
