Job description Customer Service/Data Entry
Do you want to be a part of a growing local small business with a nationwide impact? We are looking to add a position to our office to support our current business and continuing growth.
Customer Service Representative will answer phones and emails. print and scan information to and from clients, enter data into the software system, and follow up with clients in a timely manner. The primary function of this job will be getting status from our servers and updating the client on progress as well as expediting new jobs for service.
The right candidate will ensure accuracy, have strong attention to detail, demonstrate proven customer service skills, have a sense of urgency in communicating with clients and resolving open jobs. Consistent communication and following up in a timely manner, will be a skill that is required to ensure high customer satisfaction.
This is a fast paced office environment and the majority of our clients are affiliated with law firms
The qualified candidates will possess the following skills:
Strong customer service skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Accurate data entry and computer skills
Confidentiality
Organization skills to include filing and processing paperwork
Strong phone skills with both client and process servers.
Ability to act as a liaison between the client and the process server
Available M-F 8AM-5PM
High School Diploma or equivalent
We are a local legal process serving company that has been a part of the Northern Colorado Community for over 20 years, with clients nationwide and in Canada.
