Ranch Manager and trainer assistant needed. Duties will be (but not limited to) Cleaning stalls, feeding, and general care of horses as well as other tasks ie; yard maintenance, mowing, weed eating etc: fencing, errand runs and more. Assistance with training. Overseeing the feed and cleaning schedule and making sure other workers are following the order. Turning out horses. Mechanical knowledge and experience preferred. Experience with training not necessary, but a willingness to learn, follow instructions and a good attitude is a must. If you have these, I will teach you how to train horses. Driver license and a vehicle needed. Pay will depend on experience and knowledge. If you can speak Spanish it's a plus. This is a working Horse training and boarding facility. There is a place to park your RV and live on site if you have one. This position is open and can start immediately!
