When a snow event happens, we go to work. We have shifts available at all times, so this gig can work around your regular schedule.
We are looking for talented, hardworking individuals to join our Snow Removal teams for this winter snow season. We only work when it snows, so hours per week fluctuate. This position is on-call because we work according to the weather. The position entails working on a crew to provide reliable proactive snow and ice removal to a variety of clientele along the Front Range. Crew jobs include clearing snow from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots and building entrances, as well as applying ice melt/salt. Crews are usually made up of 2 or more people so refer your friends for . Most of our work is done overnight or early morning while parking lots are vacant.
We offer paid training and discretionary end of snow season bonuses based on attendance and performance.
We work in Larimer and Weld County primarily.
Positions and pay: Handcrew/Operators/Team Leaders/Zone Managers, looking for folks in Fort Collins/Loveland & Longmont.
Snow Removal Crew: $22-$25/hour
Team Leaders: $30-$35/hr
Plow/Salt Truck Driver: $30-$35/hr
Equipment Operators $30-$35/hr
Most of our shifts are from 3pm-8pm and 2am-9am, however, we often work other hours.
