Description Location: UCHealth UCHlth Harmony Campus 2315 Harmony, US:CO:Fort CollinsDepartment: NoCO FoundationFTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)Shift: Days Pay: $29.54 - $44.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experienceSummary:Develops strategies and oversees activities to optimize foundation operations and fund management.Responsibilities:Designs, implements and oversees standardized systems, processes and workflows to ensure organizational effectiveness and compliance.Performs foundation-specific gift processing responsibilities and reporting to include gift routing, fund identification, receipts, gift adjustments, employee giving, donor inquiries, progress dashboards, reconciliations, etc.Advises fund managers and departments on fund access. Monitors and oversees department variance against budgets, restricted and operational spend, and regulatory and grant compliance.Facilitates meeting planning and scheduling, communication, material and report preparation, and record keeping for foundation boards and committees.Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related field.

3 years of related experience.
