Contracts Administrator

Description Robert Half is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our manufacturing client located in Fort Collins, Colorado. The successful candidate will be primarily involved in reviewing supplier contracts, advising on contractual risks, supporting contract negotiations, and preparing periodic reports regarding contract activities. This role offers a contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Review supplier contracts to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as compliance with quality, legal, government, and other regulatory requirements Advise global supply chain and internal stakeholders on contractual risks and identify deviations from standard contract templates Draft contract language that supports business strategies and interests Support global supply chain in negotiating commercial and legal terms for various agreements and proposals Assist the Contracts Director with drafting model contracts for specific programs or types of engagements Support the creation of customer flow down procedures and draft contractual obligations Collaborate with members of Global Legal & Compliance on processes, trainings, and other initiatives Ensure contracts are approved at the appropriate authorization levels Support contract reviews, approvals, and retention practices within contract lifecycle management tool Utilize advanced working knowledge of contract management software and solid MS Office skills to perform duties effectively.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Contracts Administrator role within the Manufacturing industry (JD preferred) Proficiency in Cl Programming, Costpoint, CRM, DCAA, Deltek, and About Time software Demonstrated experience with Billing Functions in a manufacturing setting Solid understanding of Compliance procedures and regulations in the manufacturing industry Experience in the construction sector is desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
