Small full-service accounting firm in vibrant Downtown Fort Collins is looking for an additional team member!
We do not just organize past financial info, we are advisors, business partners, experts in utilizing technology to create time efficiencies. We are passionate, we laugh and sing out loud, we help motivated people grow amazing businesses!
This is not an entry-level position, candidates must have experience working with Intuit products plus Apps and completing these tasks:
Manage A/P and A/R
Manage Payroll
Sales Tax Returns
Monthly account reconciliations
Month-end close
Financial statement review
Basic income tax preparation
The Perfect Candidate is:
Approachable - friendly and welcoming via all communication methods (phone/email/in-person)
Knowledgeable - detail-oriented, experienced in accounting processes and willing to try new ones
Confidential - discreet with private business and personal information
Available 30-35 business hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm), although the right candidate will have the option to work more
Proactive - anticipating next steps for clients and firm
Positive - able to prioritize and juggle tasks with a smile
Passionate - about helping small businesses and individuals with financial matters
Tech savvy - constantly seeking innovative ways to increase efficiency for clients and firm

Entitled
Disorganized
Easily Distracted
Just a "number cruncher"
This permanent position is not open to independent contractors or individuals with their own similar businesses. (We encourage you to grow your business, too!) This growing business is looking for a team member who represents the firm and plays well with others.
Compensation will depend on experience.
