This role is responsible for recruitment system administration, configurations, integrations, and AI-driven enhancements to support business goals. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across HR and IT, manage strategic projects, and enhance system adoption and performance.This role is ideal for a forward-thinking systems expert who can bridge technology and talent acquisition strategy to drive efficiency, innovation, and business impact. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager.Key Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy & Implementation
Lead AI-driven initiatives to enhance recruiting efficiency, decision-making, and overall system effectiveness.
Research and recommend emerging tools to improve candidate experience and operational performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic recruiting technology projects, including system upgrades, process automation, and new tool rollouts.
Drive adoption and implementation of new and existing tools, system enhancements, and process improvements.
Develop and deliver training resources to support end-users and maximize technology utilization.
System Administration & Optimization
Provide governance over recruiting systems, ensuring user access, security, and data integrity.
Monitor and analyze system utilization, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Execute system updates and enhancements, configurations, and troubleshooting
Integration & Process Automation
Oversee complex system integrations between recruiting platforms and HR/business systems.
Partner with IT and vendors to ensure seamless implementation and maintenance.
Document and refine workflows to optimize functionality and scalability.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
Provide insights on system performance and adoption to support data-driven decision-making.
Act as a strategic advisor on recruiting technology trends and best practices.
Drive adoption by gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and supporting training initiatives.
Skills, Experience and RequirementsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in recruiting systems administration, HRIS, or a similar role.
Hands-on expertise with ATS and CRM platforms, with preference for iCIMS experience.
Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and middleware tools (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft).
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting system data and performance metrics.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts effectively to business teams.
Familiarity with recruiting workflows and best practices is a plus.
