Bank/Balance Sheet Reconciliations (multiple accounts are a plus)
Month End Close, Year End Close
Financial Statement Preparation/Creation
Financial Planning & Analysis
Budgeting/Forecasting
Audit Preparation
Financial Reporting
Cash and Accrual accounting
Process reengineering
Ad hoc accounting projects
Requirements
Qualifications:
BS/BA Accounting
5+ years of full cycle accounting experience
Strong technical skills - particularly Excel using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
Strong knowledge of at least two tier 1 ERP systems experience preferred (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Peoplesoft)
Personal/soft skills:
Problem solver – experience with cleanup projects or software implementations are a plus!
Team player – happy to help where needed and wear multiple hats
Adaptive – someone who is flexible and enjoys changing environments
Driven – willingness to learn learn/grow/be involved
Hard worker – goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right
Detail oriented – organized, ability to catch small mistakes
Willingness to travel up to 50 minutes one way
Parking and some mileage will be reimbursable on a case-by-case scenario
MUST have reliable transportation outside of Public Transport
