Job Description:
As an Experienced Drywall Finisher, you will be responsible for preparing, finishing, and texturing drywall surfaces for a variety of residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply tape and joint compound to drywall seams, corners, and edges.
Sand and smooth surfaces to achieve a perfect finish.
Apply various texture finishes, including smooth, knockdown, and orange peel.
Install corner beads and patch any drywall imperfections.
Work collaboratively with other trades and contractors on-site.
Ensure compliance with all building codes and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively.
Qualifications:
5-10 years of proven experience as a Drywall Finisher.
Proficient in all aspects of drywall finishing, including taping, mudding, sanding, and texture application.
Strong knowledge of drywall materials, tools, and techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair drywall issues efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Experience in many trades in preferred.
Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
