Job Description:
As an Experienced Construction Tradesman, you will play a key role in the successful completion of various residential and commercial construction projects. Your broad skill set and experience will be vital in ensuring that all aspects of construction work are executed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of construction tasks, including framing, drywall installation, carpentry, masonry, and finishing work.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to execute projects accurately.
Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure project timelines are met.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a clean and organized worksite.
Diagnose and resolve construction issues as they arise, ensuring quality control throughout the project.
Train and mentor junior tradesmen and apprentices as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
8–12 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with expertise in multiple trades.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
OSHA Safety Certification and/or relevant trade certifications are highly desirable.
