Busy landscape construction company based out of Englewood/Littleton- Looking for Landscape Construction Foreman
Landscape Foreman Requirements
- Team Player - work with management and crew to get the work done
- Pay (24-27/hr) - Until experience, skill and leadership ability is show, higher rate can be negotiated
- Varied experience required (hardscaping, Decking, Fencing, Irrigation systems, Mowing, Trimming, etc.)
- Ability to lead, train, and manage a crew of 2-5 people
- Ability to map out a project and start with a strategic plan and implement the plan every day, communicating with management
- Authorization to work in US (We require paperwork and withhold taxes to pay taxes)
- Ability to read and speak English (Bilingual a plus)
- Clean + Insurable Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Experience driving truck + trailer
- Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs, push, drag, and shovel (+)
- Strong work ethic, Reliable attendance, and team-oriented mentality
- Ability to read plans and execute a project on site according to contract
- Ability and willingness to communicate regularly with PM and office
- Honest and trustworthy, focused on company projects
For Commercial and residential maintenance properties:
- Mow, trim, blow, weed, prune, aerate, fertilize, clean ups, etc.
For Construction Projects:
- Dig, move rock/mulch, lay sod, plant, build fences, lay bricks/pavers, etc.
