We are currently seeking an experienced and well-rounded Carpenter/Handyman to join our team. Job Responsibilities:
-Deliver exceptional craftsmanship in a wide variety of carpentry and handyman tasks, including but not limited to framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, drywall repair, tiling, plumbing, and general maintenance.
-Collaborate with team members and clients to discuss project requirements, design elements, and expectations.
-Adhere to project plans and timelines to ensure successful completion of projects.
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
-Communicate effectively with team members and clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry and general handyman work.
-Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation.
-Extensive knowledge and proficiency in various carpentry techniques and tools.
-Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
-Good time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
-Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
-Professional appearance, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
-Non-smoker, as smoking is prohibited on all job sites and during work hours.
-Ability to work on a variety of projects, ranging from bathroom remodels and basement refinishes to elaborate covered deck builds.
