In Need of a Carpenter's Helper in Parker, must be fluent in English.
Compensation: $25.00.00/hr
Employment type: part-time up to 40 hours per week
Seeking a helper who is somewhat skilled in these areas: Carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, framing, tile work, sheetrock repair, painting, siding, and various other tasks. We prefer candidates who have some experience in construction or skilled labor, but we are willing to train the right person.
Seeking Detail-oriented individuals who are hard working and good at following instructions and can handle strenuous physical labor performed inside as well as outdoors. You must be reliable, and willing to perform various tasks that are required on the work site. Responsibilities may include transporting materials and tools, structure demolition, clean up, and assembly and installation of components.
Hours are from 9:00 am-5:00 pm weekdays with the occasional possibility of having to work early or late depending on the day.
Requirements and qualifications
Familiar with common manual and power tools and equipment
Must speak and understand spoken English, read and write text messages in English
Able to lift 100+ pounds
30-40 hours per week
MUST have your own vehicle to go from job to job. Must have own basic tools.
MUST speak fluent English.
A BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST WILL BE GIVEN.
$25/hr. based on skills/PAID WEEKLY!
Paid as 1099 employee, responsible for doing your own taxes.
