Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Construction Superintendent to work on jobsites on the Front Range. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for managing construction sites, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining organization, managing budgets, and overseeing sub-contractors on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Construction Site Management and Construction Safety skills
Strong Organization Skills and Computer Skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of local construction regulations and codes
Experience as a foreman or superintendent
