CRM & Data Specialist

We are a wine importer and distributor looking for a Data & CRM Admin to support our operations through accurate data entry, reporting, and analysis. This role plays a key part in maintaining the integrity of our CRM and inventory systems, assisting with budgeting and pricing tasks, and producing reports that help drive business decisions.

This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented and analytical, with experience working with sales, inventory, and pricing data—ideally in the wine, beverage, or consumer goods space.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update product, pricing, depletion, and customer data CRM and related platforms

Ensure accuracy and consistency of all data inputs

Assist in building basic dashboards and reports for internal teams

Support team members in using the CRM effectively and troubleshoot issues as needed

Pricing, Budgets & Profitability Support:

Enter and verify pricing across systems based on vendor costs and approved pricing strategies

Assist in building out budgets by providing accurate data and historical insights

Analyze and report on profit margins, cost of goods, and distributor markups

Prepare and maintain spreadsheets for pricing comparisons and margin analysis

Reporting & Process Support:

Generate reports related to sales depletions, inventory levels, and sales trends

Support item setup processes and ensure all relevant fields are accurately completed

Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure reports and data meet departmental needs

Help identify inefficiencies or inconsistencies in data or workflows and flag them to managers

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a data or operations support role, preferably in the wine, beverage, or consumer products industry

Experience using CRM/inventory software

Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis

Basic understanding of pricing structures, cost of goods, and profit margins

Familiarity with depletion tracking, purchase orders, and budgeting processes

Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus but not required

Strong attention to detail, with excellent organization and communication skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
