Locally owned and operated storm restoration and construction company with a strong commitment to providing the best service to our customers is looking for EXPERT, ROCKSTAR project managers (salesperson) with a high level of experience.
Looking to hire experienced rockstar self-starters ONLY! Previous experience in roofing/storm restoration project management and/or commercial project management REQUIRED.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have experience with the insurance claims process in roofing and storm restoration. THERE WILL BE NO TRAINING PROVIDED FOR THIS POSITION. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, works well independently and on a team, and has the ability to problem solve. We want someone who strives to please all their customers and motivates themselves to always reach a higher goal!
Local travel in the area is required. The position allows you to make your own schedule and be your own boss. Your income is entirely up to you. We offer an extremely generous commission plan for top producers. ONLY for those who are experienced we offer a 60/40 split with no office fee. We will provide all the sales materials, business cards, and leads for proven closers. All claims are ran through a supplement team, therefore you never have to supplement your own claim. Our current top performers are making well over six figures per year!
Qualifications:
Reliable transportation is a must (Truck's Required)
Roofing & Storm Restoration: 1 year (Required)
