What You’ll Do:
-Inspire and Develop Your Team
-Recruit and empower a team of dynamic door-to-door sales representatives.
-Provide continuous coaching, constructive feedback, and performance reviews.
-Craft and execute innovative strategies to amplify lead generation and surpass sales targets.
-Drive Sales and Lead Generation
-Oversee and optimize canvassing initiatives to secure top-tier solar and roofing leads.
-Evaluate and qualify leads, ensuring a smooth handoff to our sales teams.
-Play a key role in closing deals while nurturing long-lasting client relationships.
-Streamline Sales Operations
-Monitor, track, and report on team performance metrics.
-Create persuasive sales scripts and comprehensive training resources.
-Ensure all activities comply with company guidelines and local regulations.
-Engage and Delight Customers
-Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales journey.
-Proactively address client inquiries and foster enduring partnerships.
Who You Are:
-A seasoned sales manager with proven experience in solar, roofing, or door-to-door sales.
-A natural leader with a track record of motivating teams and achieving results.
-An excellent communicator with superior organizational skills and customer service acumen.
-Analytical and adaptable, capable of using performance data to refine strategies.
