National Renewable Energy Partners (NREP) was founded in the midwest with the goal of doing solar different than the status quo in an industry met with many challenges and has been expanding into several other states in the last year!
We offer solar and storage for residential, commercial, farms and manufactured properties, as long as the homeowner owns the lot the wheels sit on. We offer a no fico option to homeowners who have below a 650 credit score but have not had bankruptcies in the past 5 years or foreclosures in the past 2 years!
We install ground mounts, flat roof, traditional/asphalt, commercial, etc.
We are licensed to operate in CO with an install partner as well, ready and looking for homeowners to help!
We are in search of an experienced solar rep to be trained to lead a sales team, OR someone who currently manages but may be unhappy with the options they have access too or even the culture they operate in.
The ideal candidate would:
Sell their own deals
Recruit the right candidates for the NREP culture
Train and assist with projects sold under them by their reps while receiving an override from projects sold.
Our pricing model and commissions:
We pay off a redline model, with the area manager (sales manager) receiving overrides from each deal sold, as mentioned above. (Specifics discussed during a virtual meet).
The purpose of the overrides is not take advantage of reps deals, but be paid for your efforts, while also allowing the reps to make money and save the HO money
Commissions are paid out after install, generally no more than 3 weeks! (Being transparent as I cannot stand warm and fluffy BS).
This is 1099 with NO benefits and currently no salary, to be clear
Our NO FICO option is a set pay with no flexibility in pricing, but does come equipped with our own 25 year (Lifetime) warranty!

Reps recruited are offered two options of contracting:
Full time is required to sell 8 deals/ quarter but has a lower redline (more money)
Part time is required to sell 3 deals/ quarter, but has a higher redline (less money)
