Location: Remote with Local Travel (Colorado Market)

Compensation: Weekly base + High commission structure

As we continue to expand, we are seeking driven, self-motivated professionals to join our team as Business Development Specialists (Independent Contractors) to help grow our market presence and build strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and builders across Colorado. 90% of the leads are provided to you.

What You’ll Do:

Identify and Cultivate Leads: 100% Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, and builders to promote and sell our window and door solutions.

Consult and Educate: Assess client needs, provide product recommendations, and guide customers through the selection and installation process.

Prepare and Present Estimates: Generate accurate quotes and proposals through our CRM system, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

️ Proven Sales and Business Development Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in windows, doors, or home improvement industries. Experience with business development and relationship management is a plus.

️ Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative without direct supervision.

️ Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to present products and explain value propositions clearly and persuasively.

️ Reliable Transportation: Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients and visit job sites.

️ Tech-savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools to manage leads and track progress effectively.
