Product Managment:
Stocking and rotating merchandise on shelves and coolers.
Monitoring inventory levels and notifying management of low stock.
Checking freshness of perishable items and removing expired products.
Ensuring all products are properly priced and labeled.
Store Operations:
Following company policies and procedures for safety and security.
Performing daily cleaning tasks and maintaining a presentable store experience.
Monitoring and maintaining equipment such as coffee, fountain, slurpee, grill, and hot food machines.
Teamwork:
Collaborating with other associates and shifts to ensure smooth store operations.
Communicating effectively with colleagues and management
Assisting in training new hires when needed
Compliance:
Adhering to all company policies and regulations, including health and safety standards.
Following proper procedures for age-restricted sales (e.g. tobacco, beer, wine, etc)
Flexibility:
Being available for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
