Part-time. 3-4 Shifts a week.
Weekend are required as most shifts are Friday-Sunday!
18-24 hours a week.
Pay will depend on experience - interviews are a must so we can see if we are a good fit for one another and see what skills you bring to the team and would like to take on.
Pay starts at $18.50/hour - will be determined after we interview and define your roll within the store.

We are looking to create an over the top, amazing boutique experience. We want a fun, friendly environment and community that sells cute, comfy clothes to the city of Denver. We sell great quality clothing at reasonable boutique prices. Our stuff is colorful, fun, bold, cute and great for all occasions! Our space that we are creating is absolutely dreamy and we can't wait to open and share it. Our stuff can also be a little on the sassy side and we have a quirky attitude and sense of humor!

Has knowledge of different body types and can pick the most flattering styles for each individual
Possesses business skills such as sales, marketing, networking and social media content creation
Has a general knowledge of fabrics and fabric care
Loves looking into the new trends and seeing what's coming
Ensures excellent customer engagement
Ability to meet and exceed individual sales goals
Follow store goals, policies, and procedures
Be familiar with current fashion trends and how to style different body types.
Manage inventory, merchandising, and daily store and department operations
Understand and implement loss prevention measures
Performs opening and closing procedures for the store
Run the cash register and POS, tagging, stocking, merchandising, cleanliness, and returns
