To become a successful Property Management Broker, you must have an active Colorado Real Estate License. You must be willing to listen and help others with their rental needs and be skilled at multitasking.
Previous Property Management experience is a plus but we are willing to train you. We prefer someone that wants to learn the Property Management business that is already listing and selling homes. At the beginning you will be training and helping us with MORE LEADS THAN WE CAN HANDLE. You also can find business / clients on your own.
You will be a 1099 independent contractor with flexibility and high earning potential. (Flexible hours, Full Time income potential, tax benefits). Long term residuals with every client.
