I am seeking a part time/as needed property manager, You will be paid by the hour.
Job duties include documenting rents paid, give late notices if not paid on time, possibly negotiating conflict, showing rooms or properties for rent, finding new tenants when there is a vacancy, signing leases, deposit accounting upon move out, if you have maintenance experience that is a plus, possibly having to do an eviction,
Anything to do with property management.
You must pass a background check and have excellent work references, and landlord references if you rent.
