Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs at our resident apartment building complex. Your expertise in plumbing, general electrical, and some general handy person work with a strong work ethic.
Duties:
- Repair, and turn apartments as required, snow removal as required.
- Collaborate with other team members performing maintenance and repairs
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from our residents.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks
Qualifications:
-Must be available full time Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm plus on call shifts Saturday and Sunday usually once a month.
- Must be able to relocate and live on site
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
-Must have a valid Colorado drivers license
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
