We are looking for a COUPLE- one to be the Park Manager and one to be the Maintenance Manager, must live on-site.

Office Manager Responsibilities:
Renting RV spaces and storage areas
Processing rent payments and daily reports
Handling tenant inquiries and work order forms
Supervising the assistant manager
Basic QuickBooks and accounting skills required
Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:
Park maintenance, including mowing, raking, watering, and tree trimming
Winterization assistance and light snow removal
Assisting tenants with parking their rigs
Operating and maintaining park equipment
Plumbing and electrical experience required
General Requirements:
Must live on-site in a company-provided mobile home
Knowledge of RVs is a plus
Full-time position with year-round park operations

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, housing and utilities provided.
