Elite Hail Systems is a leading automotive hail repair shop in the metro area. We are seeking one, potentially 2 Admin professionals, one of whom will fulfill the primary role of Rental Reservation Coordinator.
While we do operate in a casual atmosphere, we are professional, customer-centric and fast-paced. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that is great at meeting deadlines and has strong people, computer and multi-tasking skills. This person will be able to work well both with others and independently and should be able to function well even (or especially!) when activity reaches a fever pitch.
Some duties of the Rental reservation coordinator:
Making reservations using Enterprise's ARMs software
Maintain our business relationship with Enterprise
Scheduling of ALL incoming customers from sales reps, marketing, walk ins etc
Direct billing with insurance companies including seeking reimbursement if direct billing is not successful.
Data entry- documenting all customers coming in and recording rental invoice information for each customer, logging rental reimbursement (drop sheet).

This would be a great opportunity for someone who may have experience in the rental car industry, but we will provide specific training. While this experience would be preferred, what is required is a well-rounded admin pro who will be a great fit with our Elite Hail Family.
Pay is commensurate with experience, starting in the $22-$25/hour vicinity - if you are the right candidate who can deliver the goods, we can be aggressive on the compensation end; we'll want to keep you around!
