We seeking an outgoing detail-oriented and organized individual to work as a part-time Admin Assistant ASAP for a busy growing and fun event staff company.
Work Description:
1) maintaining, and updating scheduling system app
2) outreach to workers via text, specialty app and by phone
3) data entry of information while assisting management
4) maintaining a calendar and task schedule for management
5) preparing and building schedules and additional event support information
7) tracking hours for payroll and expenses
8) setting up orientations
Ideal Candidate Possesses:
- Proficiency in Google Suite, specifically Google drive (Docs, Sheets)
- Familiarity with connect team app would be a best case scenario
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new connect team software programs
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and fun outgoing energy
At this time we are looking at flexible 20-25 hrs. schedule a week. At least 2 days would be spend in our downtown office.
