Job Title: Administrative Assistant to the Property Manager

We are a small but growing property management, real estate, and general contracting company looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our property management team, responding to emails, and general office duties.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, responding to emails
- Tenant support
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Tracking permits
- Following up with vendors/suppliers
- Receiving mail and deliveries
- Tracking marketing material
- Tracking invoices and purchase orders
- Performing general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- General computer skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
