Responsibilities include assisting Operations Manager in body shop with day-to-day operations, including but not limited to the following:
Assist with time-keeping
Coordinate job file maintenance and tracking
Track safety logs
Assist with safety audits
Other duties as necessary in support of Op Manager
Requirements:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Must have good knowledge with Excel and Word
Solid customer service skills
