Billing Clerk

Need a part-time billing clerk. Will train on Clio Law Office software. Will handle posting payments to CLIO, generating bills to clients and mailing, posting expenses to clients, answer phones and may set appointments for attorney. Want someone who actually wants to work and upon whom I can rely to get things done. Honesty is a big thing with me and so is loyalty. If you think you might try this to see if it works, don't apply. I need someone who will be there after they are trained. We work with the elderly and their families to assist with estate planning and Medicaid, so I am also looking for someone who can be pleasant even when you don't feel like it.
