AR / Service and Admin Support (Denver)

We have an immediate opening for an experienced administrative professional who will support our Operations Manager in daily office and admin functions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of admin experience, preferably with experience in accounts receivable and collections or service dispatch / scheduling. This position will be responsible for a variety of general admin responsibilities to include answering phones, dispatching field service work, filing and other general office functions. We're looking for a self-starter who is good with customers in person and on the phone, works well with others in a team environment and is willing to provide support when and where ever needed to help us grow our business. We are a locally owned, family operated business with an exceptional history of outstanding customer service.

We are a North Denver based electronic security, low voltage and fire alarm installation company seeking someone we can train quickly. Please do not apply if you are not reliable. To be considered, you must be very reliable, have reliable transportation and be able to provide solid work references.

This position will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, assist in scheduling service calls and field installation work, assist in office organization to include filing and parts storage and management and take the lead on managing our accounts receivable (collections) efforts. This position will report to our office in North Denver on a daily (Monday through Friday) basis. Hours are somewhat flexible but will generally take place during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
