We currently have an opening for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for our office located in Franktown, CO! The position is available immediately.

Candidates must be eager to learn, energetic and able to multi-task. Individuals must be dependable, conscientious, assertive, and enjoy working in a team environment with a growing dynamic company. We are seeking candidates that conduct business in a professional and ethical manner using strong communication skills. A successful candidate will be hard working, organized, detail oriented, maintain a positive attitude, perform tasks with great accuracy, able to work with a diversity of personalities.

The duties of this position:

Maintaining and coordinating the front desk/reception area and phones. Responsible for organizing and maintaining filing system (both electronic and hard copy), tracking and ordering office supplies, and assisting office personnel with administrative tasks. Including but not limited to:

Answering incoming calls and forwarding to appropriate parties

Greet all incoming visitors

Pickup and distribute all incoming mail

Log and distribute all incoming deliveries and packages

Keep inventory of and order office supplies

Maintain records and files, both electronic and hard copy

Handle and distribute new employee paperwork appropriately

Maintain front lobby, reception area, and coffee area

Manage toll accounts and keep a log of all devices

Perform all required shipping for the office

Provide preliminary job information to vendors upon request

Stuff and mail envelopes as needed

Take outgoing mail to the Post Office as needed

Perform data entry tasks as needed to support office staff

Make and track travel arrangements and reservations as needed

Place outgoing calls and prepare bid lists to assist estimating staff

Manage estimate requests and dedicated estimate email inbox.

Attended inter-office meetings to take and distribute notes as needed

Qualifications/Skills:

Prior office experience preferred but not required

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
