Conner Colorado is looking for a Manufacturing Floor Lead. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring efficient production runs by supervising team members, monitoring quality control, resolving production issues, and coordinating workflow to meet daily production targets, all while adhering to safety regulations and company standards. This position will work directly with the Shipping / Receiving Manager to ensure orders are available for on-time deliveries.
Bi-lingual required.
Familiarity working with and executing key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision:
Assign tasks and manage the daily workflow of production personnel.
Provide on-the-job training and coaching for team members.
Monitor employee performance and address performance issues.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Production Management:
Ensure production lines are running smoothly and meeting production targets.
Monitor production metrics like output, quality, and cycle time.
Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely material supply and product delivery.
Quality Control:
Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
Identify and report quality defects, ensuring non-conforming products are properly managed.
Maintain quality standards and compliance with company regulations.
Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety procedures and regulations on the production floor.
Address safety concerns and report potential hazards.
Conduct safety training and ensure employees are properly equipped.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain production logs and documentation related to quality control and production issues.
Generate reports on production performance and identify areas for improvement.
Communicate production updates to management as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
