We are hiring multiple Manufacturing technicians for a manufacturer that is located in Aurora, CO, which manufactures worker safety products and vehicles for the telecom, utility, and satellite industries.

MUST HAVE ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY/MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE (MINIMUM 1 YEAR TO APPLY)

The Aurora facility includes multiple production areas, including metal fabrication, trailer and van manufacturing, specialty vehicle builds, and safety product assembly.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: Level 1 ($22-$25) | Level 2 ($26-$29)

Job Overview

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will assemble and install electrical components on vehicles, trailers, and related products. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions and blueprints, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Level 1 - Entry-Level Assembly

-Perform basic mechanical and electrical assembly, such as installing brackets, wiring harnesses, and seats.

-Use hand and power tools, following standard work procedures.

-Read and follow work instructions or basic blueprints.

-Conduct quality checks to ensure proper fit and function.

-Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols.

Level 2 - Advanced Assembly and Troubleshooting

-Install and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components, including wiring, control switches, and hydraulics.

-Operate specialized tools such as pneumatic drivers, testing rigs, and multimeters.

-Interpret technical drawings and schematics to ensure proper assembly.

-Conduct in-process quality checks and assist in troubleshooting defects.

-Mentor Level 1 technicians and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

-Level 1: 1-3 years of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly.

-Level 2: 3-6 years of experience with troubleshooting and advanced assembly.

-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and use hand and power tools.

-High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.

-Experience in a manufacturing environment with ERP or shop-floor data systems is preferred.
