Real Estate Paralegal

Our client, a leading Real Estate developer is seeking a 4 plus years experienced commercial real estate paralegal to join its robust legal department. Under the supervision of in-house real estate attorneys, the real estate paralegal reviews real estate contracts, drafts amendments, reviews title commitments and exception documents, reviews surveys and plats, and drafts title objection letters. Tracks contract deadlines. Prepares documents for closings and coordinates completion of closings with title company personnel and various divisions. Monitors on-going compliance of transactions with company land acquisition policies. Performance of other miscellaneous assigned duties such as researching various legislation, statutes and regulations related to real estate in various jurisdictions. BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience required. Title experience and at least 2 years’ prior experience working with transactional real estate deals as a paralegal or for a title company required. Prior experience working with home builders or developers preferred. Must be able to work under pressure, multi-task and stay organized. Must be able to analyze and advise management as issues arise. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Medical Malpractice Paralegal with over 5 years of experience to join our esteemed law firm based in Denver. The ideal candidate will provide vital support to our litigation team, demonstrating proficiency in managing intricate caseloads from initiation to resolution, including trial participation.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently organize and oversee extensive documentation and voluminous medical records.

Develop, refine, and maintain processes for the systematic review of incoming cases, integrating materials into firm protocols.

Assist in drafting pleadings and discovery documents for both federal and state court proceedings, as well as arbitration hearings.

Manage litigation deadlines through meticulous docketing.

Analyze, categorize, and arrange documents and data obtained during discovery, facilitating document production and responses to discovery requests.

Prepare cases for trial and participate as required.
