Under the supervision of in-house real estate attorneys, the real estate paralegal reviews real estate contracts, drafts amendments, reviews title commitments and exception documents, reviews surveys and plats, and drafts title objection letters. Tracks contract deadlines. Prepares documents for closings and coordinates completion of closings with title company personnel and various divisions. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Medical Malpractice Paralegal with over 5 years of experience to join our esteemed law firm based in Denver. The ideal candidate will provide vital support to our litigation team, demonstrating proficiency in managing intricate caseloads from initiation to resolution, including trial participation.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently organize and oversee extensive documentation and voluminous medical records.

Develop, refine, and maintain processes for the systematic review of incoming cases, integrating materials into firm protocols.

Assist in drafting pleadings and discovery documents for both federal and state court proceedings, as well as arbitration hearings.

The Paralegal will assistant the organization of special districts, elections, annual compliance filings, preparing meeting packets for board meetings, tracking deadlines and general maintenance of clients.
