Assistant District Operations Paralegal 100% Remote
Our client, a leading Special District/Metro District law firm is looking for an Assistant District Administrator who can handle all aspects of managing the operations of assigned Title 32 Special Districts, including, but not limited to, operations, maintenance, and oversight of certain facilities and landscaping, covenant enforcement, fee collection, financial management, oversight of consultants and contractors, and preparation and coordination of public board meetings. The Assistant District Administrator is also responsible for assisting the Designated Election Official with election activities during regular and special district elections. This position will assist the District Manager with management services to special district clients, including both residential and commercial communities, with day-to-day oversight of operations and infrastructure development. Provide superior client services while communicating and coordinating with special district residents, property owners, legal counsel, homeowners' associations, and other governmental entities on a daily basis. The Assistant District Administrator will work with the elected officials to implement the policies and procedures of each special district client which contribute to daily operations, including community inspections and maintenance and facilities oversight.
