Scheduled Days: Mutiple Shifts
Scheduled Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Hourly Rate Range: 18.00 to 22.00 based on skills and experience.
Responsibilities: (May perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned).
All Work Conducted outside
Performs all work within established safety standards; is responsible for managing own work and work around others with utmost adherence to good safety practices avoiding injury, damage, or cost to the company.
Lawn Care (trim shrubs & mowing)
Trash Removal (pick up, dispose, change liners, removal of hazardous waste)
General Cleaning (sweeping & mopping)
Winter Maintenance (snow removal)
Other Duties Assigned
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Active Colorado Driver's License with good driving record
3-5 years of experience, preferably in Outside Maintenace, Lawn and Shrub care.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Normal physical mobility, which includes movement from place-to-place on the job taking distances and speed into account. Normal physical agility, which includes the ability to maneuver body while in place. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, bend, reach, twist, and lift. Normal physical strength to handle and/or move objects up to 75 pounds, taking frequency into consideration. Normal dexterity of hands and fingers. Normal coordination, including eye-hand and hand-foot. Normal endurance to complete the essential functions of the position.
Work Environment:
The work is typically active and physical in nature and requires normal accessibility to all work sites required of the position. The position may require extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is typically working in areas where air conditioning is unavailable and may be exposed to biohazards that could be present in the Company’s facilities.
