Looking to hire a Maintenance person / groundskeeper for a small mobile home community.
We do not enter homes, so the maintenance is mainly for the clubhouse, office and any exterior issues.
You would also be mowing, pulling weeds, and shoveling walkway by office during winter.
Knowledge of pools would be helpful but not nessasary.
Starts at $20 an hour and can be either part or full time.
