POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Lead Restoration Mitigation Technician is a leader with a strong background and experience in mold remediation, fire and water damage restoration. This individual will work out of our dynamic Denver office and use their technical skills to help oversee restoration projects, ensuring quality workmanship and leading a team of technicians to deliver exceptional service to our customers. A pivotal player in our operations, the LRMT will influence and level-up the efficiency and quality of our entire restoration mitigation department. When running projects, this individual will create rapport with customers to gain their trust in our services and company. Forefront expects the LRMT to follow through on expectations set for the customer and restoration mitigation team, fulfilling the same with pride and high work standards. The goal of the LRMT is to represent Forefront professionally and ethically to drive positive customer reviews.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Roles/Accountability)
What are the major functions of this job position?
Lead a crew of two (2) to three (3) restoration mitigation technicians.
Oversee restoration mitigation projects from beginning to end, including directing, monitoring, and contributing to crew activities safely and efficiently.
Communicate with team managers on project progress and changes.
Ensure project documentation is submitted daily.
Maintain and clean equipment and box trucks.
Provide excellent customer experience by setting expectations, keeping projects on track, and keeping internal teams and customers on the same page via excellent communication
Enforce all Forefront policies and safety measures

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
What formal qualifications and professional experience best set this position up for success?
1+ years of knowledge and experience in the restoration industry with a focus on mold remediation, fire and water damage restoration
II CRC WT preferred but not required
Your own tools preferred but not required
Drivers license and vehicle
Basic computer and technical skills for documentation purposes
Leadership and management abilities with experience managing a crew effectively
Proficiency and demonstrated safety in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade
Attention to detail and quality workmanship
Knowledge of and adherence to safety protocols related to mold remediation, fire and water damage restoration, and other hazardous materials
Strong communication skills for effective interactions with customers and team members
Ability to maintain all equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly
