Pay/Benefits:
$19.00 to start, with an increase after 1 month based on proficiency.
Benefits – Employees can accrue up to (8) Paid Days Off over the course of their first year of work. Paid Government Holidays are also included.
Specifications:
Part time NIGHTTIME position - average 4 hours per night, 5 nights a week. Approx. 20hours per week.
Work will commence at 6:00 PM each night.
REQUIRED minimum of 1-year Commercial Janitorial Experience
Must have a consistent source of reliable transportation.
Must be able to accept feedback from Supervisor, as needed, to improve work as needed.
Summary:
The position involves working in a childhood education center on a nightly basis. Duties to include detailed cleaning of flooring, bathrooms, dusting, glass and other general cleaning tasks. Will work on a Team of 2 people, with regular checks from a Supervisor.

Communication - Cleaners must communicate daily with a supervisor, to note any issues or maintenance items on the job site, as well as confirm completion of any/all extraordinary tasks listed by the Supervisor or the Client.
Physical Requirements – This job requires you to perform the following repetitive movements: stand, walk, sit, use hands for cleaning, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move a minimum of 40 pounds of office and facilities equipment, trash, or cleaning equipment. Attendance/Punctuality - Cleaners must consistently be at work on time, ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent, and arrive at meetings/appointments on time.
Dependability - Cleaners must follow instructions, respond to management direction, take responsibility for their own actions, and keep commitments. Cleaners must commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals, and complete tasks on time, or notify their supervisor with an alternate plan as needed.
