SUMMARY:
We are offering a part time, side hustle opportunity working on a janitorial team in the Denver Tech Center. Work is performed Monday – Friday, beginning at 5pm. It is a 5 hour shift.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Part time NIGHTTIME position - approximately 5 hours per night (MONDAY – FRIDAY), for a total of 25 hours per week.
Work will commence after 5:00pm each night.
1+ years of experience REQUIRED - Commercial/office cleaning experience
Must have a consistent source of reliable transportation and be willing to commute in any weather conditions, including snow.
Criminal background check will be performed.
PAY/BENEFITS:
$18.00 - 19.00 starting hourly pay, depending on level of experience.
Benefits – Employees can accrue up to (8) Paid Days Off over the course of their first year of work.
RESPONSIBILITIES – not limited to the following:
Cleaning Tasks - Cleaning entryways/hallways, offices, sanitization of restrooms/breakrooms, wiping touch point surfaces, vacuuming carpet, mopping and sweeping floors, steps, emptying waste and recycling receptacles.
Physical Requirements – This job requires you to perform the following repetitive movements: stand, walk, sit, use hands for cleaning, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear, and take out and dispose of trash in the dumpster.
Attendance/Punctuality are big factors in this job.
