Family Medicine/mental health Practice in Centennial, CO is looking for. a PART OR FULL time medical assistant/ office assistant. MA degree not required but must be able to and willing to learn specific tasks. Responsibilities include patient scheduling, multi-line phone, medical record keeping, preparation of electronic patient charts, rooming, vaccines etc. Must have ability to multi-task, be detail oriented and also work remote from home on own computer. much of the work is home based.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE is imperative. Note that excellent customer service skills are needed because you will be doing both MA work as well as interaction with our patients up front and on the phone/online. This will be one of our highest criteria. Our dress code is nice business casual.
