We are a privately owned general practice whose goal is to provide quality care for our patients, AND ALSO a quality environment for our staff and team members. As we continue to grow our practice, we are looking to add a Treatment/Insurance Coordinator to our team. The Treatment/Insurance Coordinator in our office serves as an advocate and educator in presenting treatment plans for our patients. This role is essential in ensuring accurate insurance information, accurate treatment plans, coordinating financial resources for patients, and meeting insurance requirements.

Primary Responsibilities of this position are:

Manage daily treatment and hygiene schedule

Obtain insurance breakdowns, and verify insurance information, as needed.

Verify all treatment plans are up to date, complete and accurate with regards to coding and estimates prior to presenting to patient

Assist with making financial arrangements with patients and coordinate visits as Tx plan dictates

Ensure all required documentation (notes, x-rays, consents, etc) have been obtained and on file

Coordinate and track patients who have been referred to specialty offices

Our office is open Monday - Thursday. We do not work Fridays, evenings or weekends.

This position requires a minimum of 2 years of dental experience. Front office dental experience is preferred, but open to Dental Assistants looking to transition to the front also.
