both a Lead Dental Assistant and Dental Assistant in our thriving Endodontic practice in Littleton,

Lead DA: $25-$30/hourly depending on experience.

DA: $22-$25/hourly depending on experience.

Full-Time | 4 Days Week | 7:30am – 5pm | 30-40 hours per week

DENTAL ASSISTING JOB DUTIES:

 Prepares treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols.

 Provides information to patients and employees by answering questions and requests.

 Provides instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to treatment area; positioning

instruments for endodontist’s access; suctioning; passing instruments.

 Provides diagnostic information by exposing digital radiographic images.

 Documents dental care services by charting in patient notes and final reports to dentists.

 Initiates cross-training in both back and front office workflows.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

 Lead DA: 3-5+ years’ dental assisting experience (preferred).

 DA: 1+ year dental assisting experience (preferred).

 DA Certification

 X-ray certification

 Endodontics experience (preferred).

 Knowledge of dental software. (TDO experience, a plus!)

 Proven leadership qualities and remains teachable.

 Extremely reliable, flexible and a loyal team player.

 Excellent communication skills.

 Self-starter and thrives with learning new technology.

 Driven and focused in a fast-paced work environment.

 Highly organized and detail-oriented.
