Morning kitchen manager/PIT Master

Looking for an experienced kitchen manager to work mornings. Job entails self management, heavy lifting, organization, planning ahead, health regulations, positive communication with co workers and a willingness to always improve and be proud of the product we are serving to our customers. This job is very high paced throughout the summer. Must be a morning person!
